I know M. James is working hard to get the common-law available for all English, based from knowledge from England. Now as for Québec, laws are based from those in France from colonial times.
We somehow use 2 systems of law, however with our Civil Code, it seems that it would include many aspects of the common-law.
Obviously, I'm not genius when it comes to laws and need to figure out how it works. Actually, there is around 4000 articles in the Civil Code which would certainly requires attorney and therefore getting into the wrong camp.
And on top of this, it has to be in French as it's my first language, all current words used in the common-law has to be specific on the matter.
Anyone could point me out a few more details or someone to help out?
Thanks.
This website is in french. It should help you a bit. https://www.canadagrandjury.ca/
This page https://www.canadagrandjury.ca/jour-1.php seems to be quite good information : recorded event of a real common-law /droit commun. With all M. Christopher James video, I got the basic, I think. To be able to see this in Québec will certainly help out a lot!
😁
As far as I know civil codes don’t apply to a flesh and blood man or woman they are based on a fictitious all capital name
For full disclosure, this initiative was censored and the members harassed into silence. Jeff Forten, the prosecutor (dejure) and Paul Chauvin (Lt. Governor General [dejure] for Ontario) have all but faded away. It is an example of what can happen after years of trials if no one cares.
You mean the one that the video tells about?
Yes, that's the guy.
For what's Worth the guy did try to implement this common-law in Québec although he doesn't seem to be seen anywhere. Too much to handle? Maybe, but the last thing he did appears to be related to Promote someone as King of Canada for 2 years, 2017 to 2019.
Is there anybody else from Québec that would be available in order to organise people to set this straight? Need to provide us with some tools to give a decent translation as they wont listen to us if it's in english.
With Mak, Adam and Michael that Christopher supports, we need to be able to do the same here.
